Your company is disgusting. Took £66 off my autistic daughter despite her telling them she didn't want to subscribe. They bombarded her after her 3 day trial. She has no money apart from what her parents give her. She is now really depressed as this company has refused her a refund. Disgusting company with no morals. Looking at their reviews, it seems a standard trick they pull on their customers.

How can you get away with this. She has suicidal episodes and gets weekly help. You should consider this when you're ripping people off

Renewal Scam. I checked*3* times before renewal to confirm that my subscription was cancelled. All 3 times Google Play store said that it was. ADDITIONALLY, all 3 times I attempted to remove my PayPal to ensure NO CHANCE of renewal, but all *3* times their system had an (intentional?) ERROR. Then, guess what happened? They renewed my account and charged me. 😬

I would recommend not downloading, even the trial. You get hit with auto renewal charges which are very high with little to no warning. Awful.

Picsart is intrusive, it won't verfie and won't let u change ur name if a stalker is stalking. I don't like what it's become I'm there for fun.. the joy is gone.. one star

Same as everyone else. I was charged sixty bucks without confirming purchase. It shows up as a separate app in my purchases.

I deleted the app, contacted Apple multiple times reporting fraud and still haven't heard anything.

Well i forgot also to cancel my subscription and now they wont give me back my money yes this company will take your money

I completely disagree with the negative reviews here- I suspect these people got their free trial but forgot to cancel before being charged! I had a free trial without a problem and now I’ve chosen to sign up for a subscription because the app is so good!

SCAM* AVOID SCAM* AVOID SCAM******* I was offered a 7 day "Free Trial" to try Picsart. When I put in my PayPal info, I was immediately charged $55.99 & NEVER GIVEN A FREE TRIAL. Unable to cancel subscription.
A “bait and switch” is a violation of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. I want my money back, otherwise I'm moving forward with legal remedies.

I am sorry that I saw these reviews after being scammed the same way as others. Yes I also chose free trial option and I realized I was charged for annual gold subscription of 25 eur. Just do not not fall in their “free trial” trap please

The product helps to create and edit images even without any experience in additional tools and gives the same quality

I got SCAMMED. They told there will be free trail and they charged me £59. This absurd how a company is looting people and no one’s doing anything. I need the money back.

I wish I had known they were scammers, signed up for 7 day free trial to use one thing, I have been unable to find the subscription on google play and they have completely ignored the fact I wanted to cancel it. I will be informing Google and finding whatever legal support I can if they refuse to give me my money back
