"I used to really like Picsart, but the…"
I used to really like Picsart, but the subscription price is way too much for what I actually need. I had a few photos I wanted to edit for a plan I was working on, and instead I kept running into features locked behind paid tiers. Totally ruined the whole thing for me. I’m not trying to pay that much every month just to touch up a couple pictures. I ended up canceling, and I won’t be coming back unless the pricing gets more reasonable.

"I mostly use Picsart when I need…"
I mostly use Picsart when I need to throw together a quick edit or make something for social media, it does the job well for what it costs. There are tons of tools and templates to play with, though you can definitely tell they’d like you to pay for the nicer extras. It does lag a bit here and there, which can be annoying, but for the most part I’m able to make what I need without feeling like I overspent.

"Keeps crashing when editing photos"
I’m not sure how to explain it, but the app just feels really unstable whenever I try to edit photos. It keeps lagging, then sometimes it completely crashes, which gets frustrating when I’m in the middle of making changes

"Easy desktop editor, but it can slow down"
Not gonna lie, Picsart has been handy for me when I’m doing quick edits or putting together social posts on my laptop browser. It’s simple enough to figure out without needing to sit through tutorials, which I really appreciate.
Most of the tools work well, and I like that I don’t have to download or install anything just to make a few changes. The templates are useful too, although it is a little annoying when something I want to use is locked behind premium.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can lag a bit when I’m working with larger images. Still, for everyday edits, it’s a solid option overall

"I use Picsart often when I just…"
I use picsart often when I just want to clean up a photo or make a quick edit. The tools are easy to figure out, and there are lots of options to play around with. Some effects don’t always load fast, and the layout isn’t not a little cluttered in spots, but overall it still gets the job done for me.

"The privacy settings were surprisingly easy to follow"
I actually found the privacy settings easy to understand, which I appreciated because sometimes apps make that stuff feel way more confusing than it needs to be. The options were laid out clearly, and I could tell what each setting was going to do before I changed anything. There weren’t any weird surprises or hidden-feeling choices, so I didn’t have to keep second-guessing whether I was accidentally sharing more than I wanted to

"Canceling Was Hard to Find"
I just had a bit of a hard time figuring out where to cancel my plan... it wasn’t super obvious, and I had to click around more than I expected. Once I found it, it was fine, but getting there was kind of frustrating!

"picsart used to be decent..."
picsart used to be decent, but lately my gut feeling is that it’s more focused on pushing ads and Premium than actually letting you edit. I opened it just to fix one photo, and every couple taps there was another popup or ad to close. It got irritating fast, and I ended up feeling like it’s just not worth the hassle anymore

"Good tools, but the clutter needs fixing"
Picsart does have some really useful editing tools, but it can be frustrating to use. There are way too many popups and menus, and I found myself clicking around just trying to find basic features. It gets annoying really fast. I feel like the app needs to take more responsibility for the user experience and clean things up instead of making people fight through all the clutter

"No surprise fees"
I was happy that there was no hidden charges. What I seen was what I paid, and that make the whole thing feel easy and stress-free.

"Pretty handy when I need something fast"
I usually use PicsArt when I need to make something quick, like a post, flyer, or just a small edit. There are a ton of templates, which helps a lot when I’m not really sure what I want to do or I’m totally out of ideas. I’m not always certain if I’m using all the features the best way, but for quick stuff, it gets the job done easily.

"Refund was sorted without any drama"
I accidentally signed up and didn’t even realize it until I saw the charge come through. At first I thought maybe I had missed some fine print or clicked something without paying attention, so I wasn’t totally sure if it was on me or not.
I reached out to Picsart support and explained what happened, kind of expecting them to push back or make me prove everything. But they got back to me quickly and didn’t make it awkward or ask a bunch of unnecessary questions.

The refund was approved and showed up back on my card a few days later. I kept thinking it was going to turn into a whole hassle, but it was actually really straightforward. Definitely appreciate how fair they were about it

"Can Be Slow at Times"
In my experience, the site works fine most of the time, but there are some days when it loads slowly. It’s not a huge issue every time, but I do notice it when I’m trying to get something done quickly

"Good quality exports, but I feel a bit stuck with it"
I mostly use Picsart when I need to do quick edits, and the export quality has been solid for me. My photos don’t come out blurry or messed up like they have with some other apps, and the colors usually stay close to the original. Saving and sharing is easy too, so I don’t have to think about it much. At this point I kind of feel trapped using it, but in a good-ish way, because it just works and I don’t feel like dealing with another app.

"Pretty good effects overall"
The effects look nice, honestly. A few of them kinda feel the same after a bit, but overall they still look good and do the job

"Good for quick edits, but the watermark can get annoying"
I use Picsart when I just need to make a quick edit or touch something up without overthinking it. For that, it works well and has a lot of handy tools. My only real issue is the watermark situation. I totally understand that some features need to be paid, but personally, it feels a bit too restrictive at times, especially when I’m just doing something simple. I’d still use it, but it’s not always as convenient as I’d like.

"Nice stickers, but finding the good ones takes work"
I’ve found a few stickers I actually like, but a lot of them feel kind of outdated or are locked behind something. For how I use the app, I usually just want to find something cute or relevant quickly, and it gets annoying having to scroll forever to find decent assets. It’s not bad, but it feels like the good stuff is buried

"I’ve been using Picsart mostly for short…"
I’ve been using PicsArt mostly for short videos, and overall, it’s been a smooth experience. The tools are easy to understand, so trimming clips, adding text, music, or filters doesn’t feel like a whole project, even when I’m just editing on my phone. It does lag a bit here and there, but it hasn’t been a major issue for me. For quick Instagram or TikTok edits, it gets the job done well and saves me a decent amount of time.

"Pretty good for quick phone edits"
I use picsart on my phone when I just need to make quick edits, it works well. There are a ton of tools, and most of them are easy enough to figure out without overthinking it. The only thing is, and I’m totally calm about this, the lag and constant popups can get a little irritating sometimes. But overall, it still gets the job done
